Welcome to Drusverse Dawacloud, a digital healthcare technology infrastructure operated by LinkupPharma Technologies Limited.
By accessing or using our platform, you (User, Healthcare Provider, or Pharmacy) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.
Nature of Service
Drugsverse Dawacloud provides:
- A digital infrastructure for licensed healthcare providers, pharmacies, and related entities to manage inventory and display available pharmaceutical products for single or multiple outlets.
- A medicine search and discovery tool for users and healthcare professionals to find medicines, suppliers and providers.
- A supply chain tracking system that allows authorized stakeholders to trace movement of medicines ensuring authenticity, regulatory compliance, and transparency.
- A license verification process that checks healthcare providers and pharmacies with the relevant regulatory boards before approval or listing.
We do not directly sell, prescribe, or dispense any medical products. We are a technology facilitator, that supports regulatory compliance, data integrity, and visibility in the pharmaceutical supply chain, and not a healthcare provider or pharmacy.
Eligibility
To use this platform:
- Individual providers must hold valid registration or licensure from the regulatory boards, or other recognized authority.
- Pharmacies and healthcare organizations must provide verifiable business registration and licensure documents.
- Users must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found to provide false, expired, or unverifiable licensing information.
License verification
We perform due diligence by verifying provider credentials with the appropriate regulatory authorities before onboarding. However:
- Verification is based on data provided by the provider and official public records.
- We do not guarantee that the provider's license remains valid or that all provided information is current at all times.
- Users should independently confirm any clinical or pharmaceutical information with qualified professionals.
Platform usage
You agree to use the platform for lawful purposes only and not to:
- Misrepresent identity or professional credentials.
- Upload, publish, or distribute false, misleading, or harmful medical content.
- Attempt to access unauthorized data, systems, or networks.
- Use the platform to promote unlicensed or counterfeit pharmaceuticals.
Disclaimer on medical information
The platform may include general medical or pharmaceutical information for educational or discovery purposes.This content is not medical advice and should not be used as a substitute for consultation with licensed practitioners. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any medical or product information displayed on the platform.
Data privacy
We collect and process personal and business data in compliance with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019. This includes:
- Provider registration data.
- License verification records
- Transactional and system usage data.

Intellectual Property
All software, trademarks, database systems, user interfaces, and other materials available through the platform are exclusive property of LinkupPharma Technologies Limited.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for medical outcomes, prescription errors, or product defects arising from providers listed on the platform.
- We do not assume responsibility for any loss, injury, or damage caused by reliance on information or transactions conducted via the platform.
- Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by the user in the preceding six (6) months, if any.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Linkuppharma Technologies, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your:
- Breach of these terms.
- Violation of applicable healthcare or pharmaceutical laws.
- Misuse of platform data or content.
Modifications
We may modify these terms at any time. Revised versions will be posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitues acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction within Nairobi, Kenya. If you have questions or complaints regarding these terms of use, contact us.
